Free-Arm Robots

Free-arm robots can be used for more or less all types of processes. Given the right tool, there are not many manual tasks that cannot be replaced by a free-arm robot.

Tasks Performed by Free-Arm Robots

RoboTool provides a comprehensive solution which is tailored to the respective production and coordinates with any other suppliers who may affect the project in any way. RoboTool is therefore responsible for requirement specification and design, production and assembly of mechanical and electrical parts, programming and running-in, delivery and training, as well as documentation and CE marking.

The greater the work load of the robot, the more profitable the investment – the robotic solution often pays off within only one year.

Free-Arm Robot Case

Jydsk Aluminium Industri, also known simply as JAI, has been using robotic technology from RoboTool for several different functions for several years.

Over time, we have delivered a total of 5 robots to JAI in the form of one cell with 2 robots and 3 individual units containing one robot each. RoboTool’s robotic units are used, at JAI for milling tasks in production, but also for machine operation, where the robots are responsible for handling of materials intended for processing.
